Conducting effective customer interviews

I managed a team of seven brilliant researchers and as a team, we focused our efforts on developing the best research studies to understand how the users think, feel, and behave. Our research findings informed beautiful research reports, user journeys, personas, wireframes, prototypes, and much more. Together, we have worked with numerous clients in various domains, including museum planning, political advocacy, women's rights, procurement, transportation, and event planning.

As a senior researcher across multiple education products, I was in charge of evaluating the experience for educators and students using a combination of primary and secondary research techniques. In my time here, I created representative user personas based on primary qualitative and quantitative research, I led ‘product-voice’ initiatives to develop targeted messaging, including in-product messaging, emails to clients, error messaging, and labels and alerts. I also contributed to marketing initiatives and co-authored white papers on topics related to research and best practices. I won the 'Product Person of the year' award two years in a row.
