• Founded and spearheaded UX Research team and ResearchOps function in Lollypop

Experience Researcher for Adobe Creative Cloud & Emerging Products.

Worked on a Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India project titled "Role of Predictive Mechanisms In Attention Capture by Action". The studies mainly focused on the effect of action and action plans on attentional and perceptual processes. It further investigated how attentional allocation and perception gets affected by actions and action plans. I conducted research on the topic using psychophysics experimental methods.

Studied the Effect of Emotional Stimuli on Attention Prioritization in Peri hand space.
Using MATLAB Psychtoolbox to design and code the experiments. Conducted experiments on 20+ subjects.
Performed Data Analysis using SPSS and R.
Found neither enhancement in Attention prioritization due to presence of emotional stimuli nor any inhibitory effect of emotional stimuli in Attention prioritization.

Utilized the Trans-cranial Doppler (TCD) technique in the study of collateral blood flow in 150+ stroke patients
Performed comparative analysis of modalities (MRA, DSA and CT angiography with TCD) to image cerebral vessels
Explored the critical elements of Neurosonology and Cerebral Hemodynamics (Trans-cranial Doppler, TCD)
