As a UX Researcher at ServiceNow, I am fueled by a passion for exploring the unknown and pushing boundaries. Improvisation is my bread and butter, and I firmly believe that empathy is the key to unlocking meaningful insights. I approach every project with an open mind and a deep respect for the unique perspectives that each stakeholder brings to the table. Outside of work, I love to channel my creative energy through wedding photography and indulge in marathons of my latest TV obsessions. With an insatiable hunger for learning and growth, I believe that everyone has something to teach me, and I am always eager to listen and absorb new knowledge.
