About Shweta Kamble

Sr Data Scientist (Tech Lead) at Zoom

As a senior data scientist at Zoom, I drive innovation in enterprise AI, focusing on large language models (LLMs) and machine learning to empower sales and marketing teams. I’m passionate about scaling AI applications like sales intelligence and subscription growth metrics, earning recognition like the AI Innovator award from Snowflake’s founder.

I thrive on solving strategic problems and am advising a startup, Halo, which helps CEOs turn feedback into action. Outside work, I run a YouTube channel simplifying AI concepts through fun ‘what if’ scenarios.

My goal is to lead AI/ML teams and scale impactful GenAI solutions for businesses.
