• Designed an internal tool for Fresh’s B2B and grocery operations, including storyboards, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and service maps.
• Collaborated with product managers to define vision, roadmap, and requirements and conducted user testing to advocate for user goals and address pain points.
• Developed a consistent design pattern and template to enhance the internal user experience.

Work remotely for rental service startup for their iOS mobile app. I focused on the property management flow.

• Collaborated with UX designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, stakeholders, and clients to create engaging digital experiences for clients like Audi, PayPal, IBM, and VSCO.
• Designed and delivered the Audi electric charging experience for car owners on both responsive web and native app platforms, resulting in a 1200-user sign-up increase for this new feature within the first week.
• Redesigned the PayPal web experience from start to finish, utilizing information architecture, heuristic evaluation, design concept, wireframe, interface, usability testing, and a new design system to improve user experience.
