In my role as a design leader, my greatest satisfaction comes from empowering creative problem solvers to make a positive impact by supporting their growth. I am an empathetic practitioner that values authenticity, humility and vulnerability and always strives for a collaborative environment to maintain project and team success.

I believe in building atomic habits and have spent the last two years becoming healthier in mind, body and spirit and developing my creative passions. I strive to live in alignment with my core values and have infused my work with my interests to create more meaningful experiences for people around me.

Current role includes practice development, sales, team hiring and development, mentorship and coaching, staffing and alignment of team members to appropriate new projects.
