Hello, I am Sid, seasoned engineering leader with 13+ years of experience in the software industry. I have worked in reputed organizations such as Samsung, Amazon and currently at Microsoft. I joined Amazon/AWS as a entry SDE and became a Senior Manager of Software Development in 8 years (4 promotions), so I know a few things about career growth :-) I am very passionate about mentoring, coaching and help people grow their careers and that's one of the primary reasons I transitioned to a manager role in my career. I have experience with building highly distributed - fault tolerant systems at AWS, using AI/ML to create chatbots, Kernel and Device Derivers and more recently with cyber security. I've led multiple teams and organization with 80 engineers/managers at my role in Amazon/AWS.
