About Siddharth Simharaju
Senior Product Designer at Kong
Having designed for over 6 years, I'm eager to contribute to aspiring designers' growth. Having worked with innovative companies like Hackerrank, Innovaccer, and Postman, I have a deep understanding of design principles, user-centric approaches, and evolving design technology.
Across B2B and B2C domains, I've refined my skills in crafting impactful, user-friendly designs. Postman's Growth team exposed me to dynamic challenges that enriched my problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
Passionate about nurturing talent, I've mentored junior designers, guiding their success and witnessing their growth. This aligns perfectly with the ADP Mentorship Program's ethos.
I'm committed to offering guidance, feedback, and a collaborative space to empower mentees, fostering their practical skills, creativity, and professionalism.
