My journey into mentorship is deeply rooted in my personal evolution, from growing up in a humble household with limited resources to navigating over 12 years at the intersection of fintech, AI, and agile leadership. For me, mentorship is not a corporate obligation; it is a profound opportunity to facilitate transformative growth by shifting how people view their own potential.My passion for teaching and mentoring truly sparked at the very beginning of my career in 2008 as an IT Tutor. Witnessing a student who deeply doubted her capabilities go on to complete her course with distinction proved to me that guidance can fundamentally alter a person's life path. Over the years, as I progressed to leading global open banking programs at Mastercard and inventing scalable tech solutions, I realized that true innovation is not just about writing code or filing patents—it is about empowering people. The core realization that inspired me to author Shape Your Life by Changing Perspective came directly from my interactions with mentees and students. I saw firsthand that when I helped individuals challenge their own mindsets, look past immediate roadblocks, and stop comparing themselves to others, they unlocked remarkable resilience. Through my roles as a Mentor at Mastercard and an Education Mentor with Reliance Foundation Skills / Skill India Digital Hub, my goal is to give back. I love mentoring because it allows me to act as a catalyst for others to discover their authentic selves, build resilience out of setbacks, and navigate life's complexities with confidence. Helping someone realize what they are truly capable of achieving is the most meaningful impact I can make in the world.
