About Silvia Fagundes

Senior Technology Program Leader at Ex-RBI (Burger King®), Ex-DevoTeam France

Hey, I'm Silvia Fagundes, a Brazilian 🇧🇷 living in Paris, France. For more than 20 years, Technology and Digital Transformation have been the foundation of my career. I’ve worked across international environments, led complex programs, and spent much of my career connecting business, product, and technology teams to turn ambitious ideas into reality.

But my career journey has taught me something beyond project delivery: success is not only about where you arrive, but also about understanding who you are, what you want, and the choices you make along the way.

I’ve experienced growth, challenges, transitions, and moments of uncertainty, and these experiences shaped the leader and mentor I am today.

Through mentoring, I want to create a space where people can step back, gain clarity, challenge their assumptions, and confidently design the next chapter of their careers.

Because sometimes, you don't need someone to tell you where to go, you need someone to help you see the possibilities.
