Hi, everyone! I'm Silvia, I've been working in product for the past 10 years, and I'm a former strategy & operations consultant. Throughout my career, I have defined the vision and strategy for and built and launched seamless digital consumer experiences, where the customer/buyer was a business, ranging from small to large multinationals. I have worked in a variety of industries and experienced several very different versions of the product organization. I have hired and managed product managers, from Associate to Sr. PM, and have led product strategy, development, and launch across more than a dozen PMs and scrum teams. I frequently mentor product managers and run workshops on customer need-centered product design and product management best practices.
