I'm a designer with a background in Human-Computer Interaction. Seasoned in experience design, including user research, service design, user interface design. I love exploring innovation, digital and corporate strategy, and the intersection between design and business which is why I set about completing an MBA in part-time a few years ago.
At the moment I help companies design products and services that meet user needs. I do this by using design thinking methods to help them frame their problems, understand where the opportunities lie, and co-create with them. I thrive in collaborative and multidisciplinary teams, leading through facilitation to deliver outcomes.
I have helped to develop and launch digital products and services across online gaming, fin-tech, e-commerce, maritime shipping and the public sector.
I'm very proud of having spent four years in Dubai, a place where I worked with varied cultures, that allowed me to learn and develop my craft and interpersonal skills. I’m also very grateful to have been exposed to the Middle Eastern culture and to the best hummus known to mankind!
