The Energy and Water Regulatory Commission of Bulgaria, following the ongoing electricity liberalization wanted to offer Bulgaria residents an easy digital way of browsing electricity merchants offers and requesting a switch. A simple step-by-step process is now available for anyone who would like to change his household electricity provider.

We created a progressive web app which made it easy for people to consult with a medical representative whenever they are concerned about their health

I worked closely with Business Analysts, Product managers and Development teams to clearly identify what the business needs are or if there any technical limitations that need to be taken into consideration before proceeding to ideation on possible solutions. Conveying user research, surveys and interviews were a major part of my design process. 

To clarify business requirements and align business with user needs, I sometimes facilitated design sprint workshops or used specific design sprint exercises, which I have noticed, result in a better alignment between all team members, clearer features priorities, and more user-centric solutions.

I translated business requirements and concepts into user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes, to better illustrate the problems and possible solutions.

I was also involved in creating a design system, layouts and setting responsiveness requirements.

I was responsible for leading the design strategy of the company. My work also included managing day-to-day creative & delivery tasks. We built stronger brand awareness and a big part of its success was the design strategy we followed.

Lifestore was an emerging new e-commerce brand when I started working for it. I was responsible for the design strategy and was also involved in marketing strategies. We managed to build awareness and the brand quickly outran its competitors.
