A conversation designer with a Ph.D. in human perception, specializing in driving tech and AI-powered strategy. My current interest is designing great conversations between humans LLM-powered products.
I've spent the last few years getting non-deterministic systems (aka "AI" products) to give objectively good outputs (much harder than it sounds).
I'm passionate about making complicated things easy to understand.
