Working with engineers

I lead a team of talented UX and UI Designers working on the experience of myVodafone App, e-commerce, support, and web self-area.

Overcame Agile related challenges to redesign the conversational experience and the UX architecture of TOBi, the Customer Care Digital Assistant and leading the design of the new e-commerce & self-care web platform. Crafting MVPs and building roadmaps to refine them by leading the tribe design division and producing guidelines and lesson learned reports.

Designed experiences and interfaces for online tech-magazines and apps for event management. Worked closely with the engineering team to finish implementation, and with analytics to produce usability reports. Leading the Design team towards user research, participatory design, and user testing.

Reviewed the communication strategy of the company, both internal and external. Supporting the Creative Enterprises Design Advisory.

Designed lightning products and worked with the local artisans to join Italian Product Design philosophy and Balinese traditional techniques.

Founded the blog to deepen my design research. 9 bloggers’ staff supervisor. Designed the interface and communication strategy.
