Hi all, I’m a Dutch guy living in HK for 15+ years. Originally studying in PolyU and University of Amsterdam, I wasn't so sure what I wanted to do after graduating so, I ended up in Recruitment (sales). Luckily for me, it turned out to match my personality and working style! So, as my career progressed, I tuned more towards Training, Learning & Development, and Executive Coaching.
Right now, I’m a Managing Partner at OMNI Consulting where I train 16+ HK locals as sales/recruitment consultants and provides L&D solutions to HR, Senior Executives, and First Time Managers to help attract, manage, and retain the best talent.
In my free time, I help professionals and fresh graduates to understand their strengths and career options a little bit better. Some studied Journalism and ended up in Cyber security, while others looked at the best remote work options and are travelling the world. No matter your style, let's find out what excites you!
