Hi, I’m Sivana—think of me as a clarity chaser and creative listener. I work with teams to turn messy, complex challenges into clear, human-centered solutions.

By day, I facilitate strategy and design workshops, teach HCD and research skills, and mentor designers and product leaders. By heart, I believe that real impact happens when people feel seen, heard, and part of the process.

Also? I’m a mom to two amazing girls who constantly teach me what empathy really looks like. I write every morning, share music obsessively, and believe the best ideas often start with a sticky note and a good question.
