I run How This Works co, a product strategy and design practice offering three core services: workshop facilitation, team development and coaching, as well as hands-on work. I believe that strong, clear teams build exceptional products.
Here on ADPList, I serve as a mentor, supporting folks in areas like interview prep, career growth, and positioning your portfolio properly. I also host the How This Works show.
Previously at thoughtbot, Fjord (now known as: Accenture Song), SoftServe, and Shep (acquired by Flight Centre) among others. I've lived and worked in the Bay Area, NYC, and Austin. I'm currently in the eastern time zone, in Raleigh, NC.
