A series of workshops on web accessibility: the basics of accessibility and WCAG requirements; assistive technology for browsing the web (screen readers); accessibility audit by means of online tools and facilitating testing sessions involving people with disabilities.

Cooperation with the Faculty of Applied Sciences:
— 3-day intensive on accessibility and inclusive design (part of the Winter Design School).
— Lectures and workshops on design discovery and design sales.

—Led the design direction in German-speaking countries.
—Conducted ideation workshops on the early stages of products and services.
—Helped the country manager, delivery and account managers, engagement, and marketing departments to win new projects through design.

As a part of the summer entrepreneurship course, I conducted workshops on human-centered design, prototyping, and testing prototypes with users.

—Conducted research phases (incl. product design workshops) and provided a complete cycle of design activities and deliverables.
—People management: led a team of designers, taking care of their growth and motivation.
—Competence development: built team processes (incl. documentation), conducted knowledge evaluation, mentorship, and educational events.
—Recruiting: interviewed candidates and made hiring decisions.
—Strategy: was an advisor to the Head of the Design Office.
—Contributed to the promotion of company’s design expertise internally and externally.

—As a driver of EPAM Design Lviv community, organized meetups and conducted workshops. Evangelized value proposition and other service design techniques among colleagues.
—Organized and conducted Interface Design Program that aimed to teach junior design specialists. Managed the team of 17 design instructors who taught 25 students. As a result, 10 students became junior designers.
—Effectively mentored 3 designers; one specialist got a title promotion, the other specialists obtained secondary skills.

—Conducting regular lectures and workshops for designers.
—Co-authored an online training course on web accessibility and inclusive design. Video lectures were published on the Ukrainian governmental portal “Diia: Digital Education” (2021).
—Organized an experimental offline course on design sales and product workshops (2019).
—Made a speech on complex data visualization at the “Krupa” conference (2018), the biggest UX conference in Eastern Europe (over 1000 attendees).

—As a key designer on a project for Schlumberger (world‘s largest oilfield service company), increased the efficiency of the whole team by building a design system and requirement management flow.
—Obtained the secondary skill of business analysis to be more effective on a project and understand its domain better.
—Developed and launched a personal design project on Kickstarter.

Designed online stores and landing pages. Worked with e-commerce, catering companies, restaurants, and business consultancies.
