- Designed Ideal Customer Profile and Core Messaging Platforms for the segment. 
- Developed content for websites and platforms targetting identified ICP for the segment.
- Built campaign strategies for different personas, and subsegments in EMEA+NA region. 
- Researched the segments and competitors for data driven decision making.

1. Developed GTM strategy for the UK, EMEA and Ireland, and launched the product in Canadian market with budget design, target setting, and growth estimation.
2. Identified and designed SaaS model increasing the revenue potential by 63%, establishing Ireland as the fastest growing market.
3. Re-designed the commercial model upon discovering revenue leakage in APAC region saving 24% in revenues.
4. Designed the brand and marketing strategy organically growing social media engagement by minimum of 250% in the first month itself.
5. Defined KPI for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success (as well as for product) for Series A and B.
6. Re-designed the SLA for the customer success team, by bringing response time to 20 minutes from 45 minutes.
7. Determined the versions of products to be launched in 2022, including customer journey, UI / UX and features to be launched in phases.
8. Designed market launch and market testing strategy for the pre-series A phase especially for SAAS and hardware, their integration and adoption.
9. Developed sales pipeline and marketing qualification system.
10. Worked together with Head of Marketing for new, content and SEO friendly website.
11. Led the team for the worldwide in-depth competitor analysis -- globally and market research on competitors as well as new market.
12. Led team of 22 globally for extensive competitor analysis.

Ezystayz is a travel-tech company in its pre-revenue stage, early seed stage. I am working directly with CEO/CRO to strategise and build plans to launch it in the UK and make it  investor ready, as well as develop its GTM strategy, for which I have build 5 years' P&L forecast, along with sales forecast and target setting.

NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS:

1.  Developed Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for crypto based travel company in the UK and EU, including marketing strategy and integrated marketing plans, to deliver key marketing and business objectives with strategy to drive synergies and growth and identification of opportunities in the UK market
2. Developed the P&L and cashflow projection for 5 years.
3. Developed digital media strategy for meeting sales target, identified and tested new channels. 
4. Designed content and template for email marketing. 
5. Re-designed Business plan to suit its transition from pre-revenue to revenue generating phase.
6. Involved in product development, by giving valuable feature and design insights for better end to end customer experience.
7. Working on crypto-blockchain marketing strategies for token placements and listings
8. Developed cross-functional team  goal/ KPIs.
9. Identified the target Audience prospects and developing strategies to secure reach into prospective audience.

I have worked as a consultant for various reputable brands, and assisted them in brand strategies, GTM strategies, marketing plan and strategies. 

1. Identified segment and designed personas for AmEx and E-Wallet.
2. Drove market adoption by 45% in first quarter through segment targeting and growth strategy for E-Wallet Brand.
3. Conceptualised and designed brand-concept store for Health App, with developing its go-to-market strategy during CoVid Lockdown .
4. Developed monthly social media content stragegy for multiple brands with track record of at least 100% month on month organic growth.
5. Defined 2020 brand-plan for leading insurance app and developed its annual marketing plan.
6. Designed and developed country wide engagement plans and activations for Pepsi.
7. Assisted in planninng BTL/On-ground activities for E-Wallet and AmEx.

That! is a designed-led lifestyle brand which is a pioneer in creative lifestyle & souvenir products in its market for which it has been time and again recognized by national as well as international media.

NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS:

1. Started a design-led lifestyle brand with $1 investment.
2. Increased the revenue to quarterly $25,000 in two years, with 2 permanent employees.
3. Increased the production by 200% in 12 months
4. Increased the product portfolio from 2 to 18 products in 12 months
5. Designed supply chain for minimizing the effort and maximizing revenue -- as products were manufactured outside the country
6. Vendor negotiations and management of manufacturing process
7. Expanded the product availability all over Nepal as well as in India
8. Appreciated and widely covered in both national and international media

Led the marketing team of Italian 2-wheeler brand Piaggio, primarily Vespa and Aprilia -- including marketing strategies+budgeting & building social media campaigns. I managed 14 people in the team excluding the sales team, and constantly maintained performance as top-performing team. 

NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS.

1. Re-established Aprilia  in Nepal, with SR150 launch, especially via Lomangthan Campaign
In a year's time, drove Aprilia's sales to surpass that of Vespa, went from selling 4 a week to 72 a week in 4 months. 
2. Worked in developing brand-value of Vespa, making it one of the most 'aspiring' two-wheeler brand to own among youths. 
Led the sales team (in-absence of sales-head, for 10 months) and drove the market share in terms of scooter, from number 5 to number 3.
3. Sliced the marketing budget by 20%, and maintained 1/4th of the budget size than that of competitors.
Conceived, launched and measured some of the most talked about creative and targeted brand campaigns of the year (D-Lighted Campaign, #DoYouKollywood, #VespaValentines, #ApriliaLomangthan) across ATL, BTL and Digital media.
4. Ran 12 months long BTL campaigns with more than 12000 lead in pipeline.

5. Led the internal creative team, with direct involvement into creating and developing content for social media promotions.
6. Designed multi-channel marketing and handledcomplete P&L responsibility, leading the brands to be the  innovative product in two-wheeler segment.
7. Oversaw, planned and evaluated media mix, media rates & quality and media procurement in very limited budget.
8. Led PR & ORM for uniform customer engagements and amplification of campaigns. 
Drove initiatives for seller acquisition & engagement via an integrated ecosystem.

9. Worked towards retaining the brand acceptability of Vespa and Aprilia in Nepal, driving it towards mass from niche market.

10. Led the highest-performing team for the brand for 2016-18.

Handled wide array for clients like: Unilever, Sipradi Trading (Tata Motors), Metlife Insurance, Whirlpool, Sipradi Energy. 

Successfully and single handedly managed the event of NADA Auto Show—the biggest auto show in Nepal, for Tata Motors, including its budgeting, event management, resource mobilization, campaign development and product launch during the event.

Helped generate profit of over $25k, in just 3 day event (NADA) for JWT.

Carried out the elaborate launch campaigns for Lux, Vaseline, Fair & Lovely, Dove Bar, Domex, along with theira media planning and PR management.

Planned and organised the Valentine’s day campaign for Closeup: Closeup Love Fest- 2015, one of the most talked about and celebrated event in the whole year. 

Bagged the pitch for Metlife Alico. 

Created a TVC for Sipradi Energy. 

In digital front: Core digital marketing team, working for the inception of the digital marketing unit in Thompson Nepal.

Defined the revenue model and the route for the digital marketing process. 

Involved in planning as well as strategy development on social media marketing for the complete set of clients.

The only one promoted for 2015's performance. Mentored by MD.

Managed accounts for more than 10 clients. 
Performance led to promotion within 10 months of employment.

Worked as Productivity and Creativity Manager for the company listed as one of the 10 ten social media agency  for 2014 by Silicon India.

Handled creative marketing and communication strategies of  clients like HTC, Cambridge University Press India, Adiction Deodorants, Manforce Condoms, Random House India, Rangriti (Brand by Biba), PregaNews, Welspun, Amandeep Hospitals, from content generation to execution.

Guiding the creative team for meeting the creative requirement of the clients, generating ideas for social media and offline engagements, handling client pages.

Actively worked in people management, recruitments and training and initiated the process of documentation in the company.
