My work as a UX Researcher contributes to creation of customer grade experience for the products used by the employees at JP Morgan Chase  under the Employee Experience and Corporate Technology team. 
I evangelize the product and tech team members about different design thinking methodologies and advocate for the users who generally span from from software developers  financial analysts to the Executive and CXO leadership at the firm. 
I collaborate with designers, engineers and product teams on a daily basis to create an impact at the product, tech and UX triad. 

Additionally I contribute to conducting workshops for best practices,  design-ops efforts to enhance efficiency and standardization for the team.

As a lead user experience researcher I was responsible in defining and executing the research project plan for my portfolio of clients including but not limited to Google, Microsoft, Amazon and many others. 

My project expertise was in the Cloud Technology as well as Data Analytics and consumer domain.
