Throughout my career, I have often encountered a common challenge with teams that reflected a symptom of a lack of Quality Mindset. So, I have made it my mission to address this issue, and I want to be able to help people to share this knowledge. I have spent a significant amount of time leading my teams, teaching, and promoting a Quality Mindset that emphasizes quality as an integral part of the team, rather than a burdensome obligation. I practice Kitesurf, Crossfit, and Trail run. I have a Portuguese water dog that is my best friend ever.
