As a valuable member of the Lockstep team, which has been acquired by Sage, I am responsible for overseeing multiple Lockstep products, including Inbox, Statement, and Self-Service. My role extends beyond product management to encompass the development and maintenance of our comprehensive design system. Additionally, I take pride in leading the larger experience layer known as 'Project Delight,' where I orchestrate delightful user experiences that leave a lasting impact.

As a dedicated product designer, I am deeply committed to delivering exceptional user experiences and driving product innovation. With my expertise in user-centered design principles and a keen eye for detail, I continuously strive to create intuitive and visually captivating interfaces that resonate with our target audience.

At Lockstep, my responsibilities include collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights, define product requirements, and translate them into compelling design solutions. Leveraging my skills in prototyping and interaction design, I bring ideas to life, ensuring seamless interactions and engaging user journeys.

As a product designer at Airmeet, I embrace a collaborative mindset, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic and seamless product experience. I joined Bajaj Finserv as a Senior Product Designer and Design Strategist. In this role, I am entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing both internal and customer-facing products, while also spearheading the creation of design strategies for upcoming offerings and establishing a robust design system.

As a Senior Product Designer, I bring my extensive expertise to the table, ensuring that our products deliver exceptional user experiences that resonate with our target audience. By leveraging user-centered design principles, I craft intuitive and visually compelling interfaces that drive engagement and satisfaction.

Furthermore, my role as a Design Strategist allows me to take a holistic view of our product portfolio. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute design strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs. By identifying market trends and understanding user insights, I contribute to the development of innovative and impactful products.

One of my key responsibilities is the creation of a comprehensive design system. By establishing a set of design standards and guidelines, I foster consistency and coherence across our product ecosystem. This design system empowers our team to deliver cohesive and visually appealing experiences while enhancing efficiency and scalability.

A 4 weeks training on strategic design and system design under the department of Centre of Complexity ( RISD)

Soham had joined Infosys as a lead Ux designer and rose up to the rank of Sr. User Experience lead with Infosys Digital's Experience Design horizontal. He managed a team of 10 UX designers with varied skillsets and experience credentials. Soham took up the bottom line for projects like Finacle, Levi's, Australian open, Adidas, etc.

Additional responsibilities include design review and compliance to ensure the deliveries meet both hygiene and time guidance. Worked closely with the operations team to staff the right mix of talent to meet the complexity of the project. Also, contributed to talent acquisition and training. Along with Ux workshops facilitation and multiple design system creations.

The placement cell at DoID, SPA Delhi was a student-run initiative. We used to manage the placement week, do all the follow-ups, preparing placement brochures, and communicate with the prospects was part of the job.

As CEED and GATE scholar, Soham had help with departmental admin works.
