I'm a leadership consultant who works with founders of agencies and SaaS companies between $1M-$5M in revenue who feel like they're hitting a ceiling they can't break through. I specialize in diagnosing the operational and leadership patterns that keep founder-led companies stuck, things like founder dependency, team execution breakdown, and the gap between where the company is and where the founder knows it should be.
My background is nine years developing leaders in high-stakes organizational contexts, combined with an MBA from Poli-USP (University of São Paulo's engineering school). I'm American, based between Texas and Brazil, and I work exclusively with US and international companies.
