About Sonal Srivastava

Sr. UX Researcher at Amazon

I have over 14 years of industry experience in conducting large-scale user studies, and this coupled with my graduate education in Human Centered Design and Engineering from UW Seattle, and my former Master’s in Behavioral Psychology makes me a well-rounded UX researcher.

I have worked as a researcher in different capacities in India, China, Ghana, and the USA and have learned to perform long foundational studies but also quick iterative research scrappily if needed with little resources and to be a key partner with PM, Design, Data Science and Engineering teams to deliver compelling products.
