I'm Sonali. I lead at the intersection of design, development, and systems thinking, blending UI/UX with full-stack development to create purposeful, scalable, and inclusive digital experiences. I oversee end-to-end design direction across teams and platforms, aligning business goals with user-centered outcomes, and bridging design with engineering to deliver cohesive products.

At LB Networks, I currently lead the vision, strategy, and execution of product design across the company’s enterprise platform, defining design direction for platform-wide initiatives, leading multidisciplinary teams, evolving an in-house design system, and collaborating with leadership to prioritize roadmap features.

I’d love to help students and people starting out, people changing careers, professionals growing in their role, and new managers and team leads. We can work on growing skills and solving work challenges, leading people and working with others, building confidence and perspective, finding a career direction, reviewing a portfolio or resume, and practicing for interviews.
