Tazapay is a platform for enabling Trust in cross-border commerce with a focus on SMB's. Lack of trust is one of the biggest inhibitors for B2B cross border business. Buyers and sellers tend to work only with known and trusted parties thereby limiting their business opportunities. Tazapay platform will enable access to various services for doing cross-border trade safely - such as payment protections via escrow, formalising trade agreements with digitally signed agreements and counterparty risk assessment.

Responsibilities: Solution Discovery

Task: 
• Works with PM to uncover customer problems
• Ownership of the end to the end-user experience
• Conduct user research and user advocacy
• Expert on user behaviors
• Maintain consistency of experiences across multiple products
• Delivering design via concept sketches, wireframes, and ultimately production-ready comps
• Advocating for clean, simple user-centered interfaces. 
• Seeing product additions/enhancements from concept/research to deployment & optimization. 
• Create and manage asset libraries for reusable design and drive UI component creation.

Define Brand Strategy 
• Build an effective brand strategy by on a visions and aligned with the business strategy, emerges from the company’s values and culture, and reflects an in-depth understanding of the customer’s needs and perceptions. 
• Defines positioning, differentiations, the competitive advantage, and a unique value proposition. 

Revitalize a Brand Identity System  
• Create a brand identity fuels recognition and amplifies differentiation and an integrated system. 

Day-to-day task
• Responsible for the overall visual aspects of an advertising or media campaign and 
• Coordinate the work of other artistic or design staff
• Guiding a cross-functional creative team in the conception, design & execution of visual. 
• Develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote products and services. 
• Manages social media channels, campaigns to engage customer satisfaction.

Brand / Visual Identity and Strategy
• The creation and communication of a brand identity hinges on its graphics and design as much as it does on its stated goals and objectives. 
• From logo to typography to colour schemes, help brands carefully carve and communicate the right look and feel that best fits their desired identity.

Wayfinding, Signage and Environmental Graphics (Placemaking)
• Design a signage system that is efficient and user-friendly, communicates the aspirations of the built environment or brand, or instils a sense of place.
