Product designer for a new project refresh: One of the lead designers in the conceptualization and development of the redesign. Working with development and high level business to ensure delivery and quality without conceding on usability.

2017-2019:
- Visual Designer on the e-Transfer team to deliver visual designs, design strategy and future exploration
- Helped deliver the feature of Autodeposit so customers can receive EMTs automatically 
- Increased adoption rate for e-Transfers by 31% and an increase in engagement by 48%

2019-2020:
- Visual Designer on the BMO Insights team, a feature that leverages artificial intelligence (AI) to deliver personalized, automated, and actionable insights for everyday banking customers to help them manage their day-to-day finances and cash flow
- Saw the team through its initial pilot testing on the BMO mobile app and now that it's live, we're seeing an engagement increase of 35% with an average rating of 4.6 on each presented insight

Visual designer working alongside Unity developers and under art direction on multi-platform VR and UI experiences for international brand (experiences include VR, mobile, and responsive web experiences).

- Lead Visual Designer working within the SmartATM team to create a new interface for RBC's new line of ATMs
- Presenting and organizing to product, business and channel owners
- Working closely with BA, Development, QA and UX to solution for a friendly user experience

- Became lead designer for a prominent retail brand, in charge of all visual assets for responsive desktop/mobile site, mobile app and brand guidelines
