Improving & enabling effortless home improvement through working alongside the product & marketing channel experts to grow the number of jobs posted on hipages, and the number of tradies on our web, ios and android mobile app platforms.

My role covers:

• As an end to end lead designer in my squad, I am working closely with product managers, other designers, tech-leads, engineering manager, engineers, data analysts to deliver experiences that create value for both our customers and our business.
• Work with sales and senior leadership teams to bring them on my design journeys, giving them a voice by facilitating their inclusion in the design process and hosting workshops.
• Communicate ideas through research documents, sketches, journey maps, wireframes, screen flows, high-fidelity user interface designs and rapid prototypes
• Produce multiple concepts and prototypes
• User research discoveries such as interviews, user testing, surveys, user data analysis and diary

Redesigned "The Signature Brows" beautician clinic's website in Wordpress

Humanforce is a cloud base workforce management software for both desktop and mobile sites.(iOS & Android)

My role:
• UI & UX Designer supporting the Product and the Marketing departments. 
• User experience design including research, user interview, testing, competitor analysis, card sorting, IA design, user flow creation.
• Developed a design system with Ui components, input fields, colour/ typography/ icon library, grids, spacing, hierarchy and other core design principles library for both the website and the product ( for native app) 
• Lead User Interface designer for native apps ( low-fi & hi-fi), prototyping and motion design.
• Design based on Accessibility guideline, aiming to WCAG 2.0 levels AA & AAA
• Created native app components based on Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design language.
• Animate buttons and create interaction between components and pages.
• Designed final UI for the Central Management console product.
• Project managed & designed the latest website, starting from roadmap creation, sitemap, wireframes, prototyping, product mockups, image selections, illustrations..etc. and managed freelancers and the developers.
• Designed a new Brand Refresh and built a branding guideline to support it. 
• Created Marketing collaterals for clients and internal employees. ( T-shirt, flyers, Ebook, banners, Master PPTs, Word docs following the new brand style.)
• Cultural initiatives, Product happy hours, beach clean-up, social games.

My tasks at the company include ; 
• Print Design Development- Illustrating by hand, and on the computer in Adobe CC.

Trackers:
• Daily updates of print trackers- track every print that has been created for the season
• Daily updates for print neckline table, correct necklines new code updates, drops as well as updating of development progress
• Updating neckline tracker with correct codes
Strikeoff requests:
• Ordering strikeoffs from India, sending high res artwork necklines and amulets
• Updating trackers with requests
• Receiving strikeoffs heddering stickering and labelling strike offs with correct date.
• Requesting colour standard from India
• Keeping colour standard library organised
• Ensuring all colour standard have been labelled correctly .
• Sending colours standard comments to the factory.
• Production: Setting up patterns for layering in Ai.

My role covers:

• Design and make custom ordered dresses
• Web and branding design (Ux Ui design)
• Develop well-organized fashion design plans and create new fashion concepts and roadmaps.
• Coordinate the advertising and marketing to create effective strategies.
• Remain up-to-date with the recent trends in the fashion industry.
• Generate concepts for photo shoots, hire suitable models, and book the photographer, location.
• Observe fashion publications to stay informed on trends.
• Manage and brief the team.
