Hello! I'm Soph and one of my passions is supporting those within the UX community with their growth and development. In my workplace, we hire people who are passionate about their growth and we have implemented numerous tools available for them to help them achieve their SMART goals and further their career.
Mentoring is something I have been doing for a few years through the Ladies that UX London Chapter that I founded almost 10 years ago. I would like to make the mentoring work I do more official through this platform.
