With over 15 years of experience across enterprise, government, fintech, healthcare, and gaming sectors, I specialize in crafting intuitive, inclusive, and scalable digital products. I’ve led design teams at organizations like Electronic Arts, Lululemon, TD, BMO, and multiple Ontario ministries, delivering everything from accessible design systems to AI-powered dashboards and compliance tools.

• UX Career Growth Check-In (60 min): This is a longer, open-ended session for designers who want space to step back, reflect, and get thoughtful guidance on their career growth. We can use this time to talk through where you are right now, what feels unclear or stuck, and what your next meaningful steps might be. Topics can include career direction, confidence, role alignment, portfolio strategy, workplace challenges, growth into senior roles, or navigating change.
