I help technology startups and service providers with international business development by establishing and managing innovation partnerships.

Participated in the deep tech entrepreneurship pre-program to build a team and value proposition to commercialise Radar based solutions based on IP owned by a technology partner. Explored novel applications for radar in building energy management, workplace occupancy management, wind turbine maintenance and bird collision prevention, home automation and personal health monitoring. Invalidated hypotheses about value and feasibility through extensive customer and technology discovery. Decided to not incorporate.

Led strategic partnerships to successfully develop and commercialize a hybrid cloud infrastructure solution aligned to an emerging $B market opportunity for sovereign and regulated cloud workloads. In my role, I managed partner relationships supporting them through onboarding, enablement, co-creation and co-selling. I partnered closely with the business, product and engineering teams at Microsoft to drive market development activities, customer discovery and solution design. I led partners through key bid cycles targeting large, anchor opportunities in the public and regulated sector.

Led strategic customer partnerships with Fortune500s across BFSI, Manufacturing, Automotive, and Retail to co-innovate new connected customer engagement solutions on the Salesforce platform and drive $M in new business. My team of innovation consultants used a design-led innovation approach to challenge customers to look for growth beyond their established business boundaries and define the value, vision and roadmap to become connected companies. I led workshops and sprints in collaboration with business, product, success and technology teams to design and validate customer journeys, product experiences, and business models to drive adoption, realise value faster and accelerate customer-centric transformation.

I set up and led India's first technology accelerator for creative entrepreneurs - ISDI Microsoft Creative Accelerator - in partnership with Microsoft Ventures to supported 30+ creative entrepreneurs to build successful businesses by offering them space, technology, mentorship and seed funding. I launched and led India’s first post-graduate program in Design-led Innovation. I established strategic partnerships with Philips, AWS, Google, WPP, and Omnicom for curriculum development, project sponsorships, internships, and recruitment. As a member of the management team, I worked with Founders and Academic Chancellor to conceptualise and lead special projects around infrastructure, technology and operational excellence.

I led a consulting practice helping businesses across retail, food, education, healthcare, financial services and travel to understand their customers and enhance the value, positioning and execution of digital products and services through research and design. I trained and coached in-house product teams in Agile UX and setting up design systems, practices and talent. I worked with Design and Business schools as an adjunct lecturer introducing and training 100+ PG and UG students on Design Research, Service Design, Interaction Design and Business Design.
• Social Innovation Research and Design: Help social enterprises in executing participatory research and design with some of the most vulnerable groups in India and published research on design for well-being.

I led Usability and UX consulting engagements for eCommerce, Travel, Manufacturing, Enterprise Software companies to improve their customer journeys, conversions, product adoption and usage. Conducted 100+ expert usability walkthroughs and usability tests to offer actionable research-based insights and recommendations that delivered results.
