About Srijith Ravikumar
Principal Engineer at Amazon
Hello! I'm Srijith, a Principal Engineer with over 12 years of experience in the fields of Full Stack Development, AI/ML Engineering, and Back-end Systems. Over the years I have come up with, build and launched several large-scale and world-class products, working cross-functionally with key teams. Currently, I lead a team of 100 engineers working on building and fine turning LLMs for Amazon Search. My core focus areas include career growth, building a product from idea to production, ideating on product idea and helping design the solution. I’ve helped professionals navigate role transitions, scale their technical and leadership skills, and build clear paths toward impactful careers. I hold companywide mentoring sessions twice a week that is booked weeks in advance. I’m passionate about sharing knowledge, building confidence, and helping mentees gain clarity in both technical direction and long-term career vision. I’m joining ADPList to continue paying it forward and to support diverse professionals in unlocking their full potential.
