• Working on RMM feature development to integrate various backup operations on cloud computing platforms like Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
• Maintaining and building CI/CD pipelines for build automation using Jenkins and docker.
• Provide engineering support to Solution Engineers and Professional Services team.
• Debugging critical customer issues for Rackware Management Module (RMM) using gdb, code inspection and bug fixes.
• Fixed issues in RMM error handling and licensing modules (C++/ bash shell scripts).

• Involved in the design & development phase for the embedded display unit of the anesthesia machines using C++.
• Designed, implemented, and tested the new feature and behavior in accordance with the SRS within the time frame
• Analyzing large amount of data on Hadoop HDFS using Hive.
• Wrote python scripts for data processing and ETL tasks, for reporting purpose.
• Involved in other projects as part of the Crowdsourcing@Work initiative, primarily developed using PHP, JavaScript, and Java which resulted in a cost reduction of over $25k annually.
• Implemented solutions for the non-conformity issues raised during formal verification phases of the SDLC and performed developer testing on the feature and behavior changes resulting in increased stability of the product.

SICAM PAS PQS is a market leader in Power Quality analysis and monitoring software at the substation level.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Involved in the requirement gathering, effort estimation for feature additions for the SICAM PQ measurement systems.
• Involved in the design, development, and maintenance of Import Service module for importing raw data (ETL) to the database.
• Developed Unit test framework for this application, to ensure proper implementation for each function.
• Used purifier tool to ensure no memory leak is happening in this feature.
• Developed the parser and file system watcher classes in C++/C# and wrote the code to automate unit testing.
• Involved in performance engineering, solving issues related to memory leaks, crashing, hanging, system resources in long run, load test, stability test in different operating systems.
• Prepared the user manual for the stand alone file format converter and assisted the QA team to meet the quality requirements.
