About Sriparna Saha

Associate Director - Tech Writing at Razorpay

I’m a documentation strategy and leadership professional with 20+ years of experience in technical writing, product documentation, and developer experience, including 12+ years in senior leadership roles.

I currently work as Associate Director – Tech Writing at Razorpay, where I lead documentation strategy, platform evolution, and AI-led content initiatives. My work focuses on building scalable documentation functions, defining quality and governance frameworks, and adopting AI thoughtfully to improve efficiency and impact.

I’ve built and led global documentation teams, partnered closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Support, and supported product expansion across multiple geographies. I was recognized as one of the Top 50 Tech Writers Globally by Document360 and regularly speak at industry conferences on documentation leadership, AI in documentation, and scaling tech writing teams.

I am here to help:

Senior and mid-level technical writers looking to grow into leadership roles Documentation managers navigating scale, process, and team challenges Writers interested in AI adoption, documentation maturity, and developer experience

My mentoring style is practical, strategic, and outcome-focused. I aim to help people think clearly about problems, build strong decision-making frameworks, and grow with confidence in complex environments.

What mentees say

“Sriparna was incredibly generous with her time and insight. Our conversation was deeply energising and grounded in real operating experience, especially around where Docs systems break at scale, unspoken expectations, and what TPMs should (and shouldn’t) own. Her clarity on failure patterns, judgment calls, and trust-building made this one of the most valuable mentoring conversations I’ve had.”
