About Srishti Lal

Senior Operations Manager at Uber

Hi! I'm Srishti. Over the last decade I've worked as a data scientist (Spotify), a strategy consultant (BCG), and in operations (currently leading EMEA operations for Uber Direct), across Asia, Europe, and the US. My path hasn't been a straight line, and that's exactly what I like helping people with.

I'm happy to mentor on data and tech careers, moving between ops and strategy, and navigating life inside big companies. I also love talking through the bigger questions: what to do next, how to change direction, and how to find work that actually feels meaningful. I've made a few of these pivots myself, so I know how uncertain they can feel from the inside.

Whether you're just starting out, thinking about a career change, or finding your footing as a woman in tech and data, I'd love to help however I can.
