I have been building reliable engineering systems since 2018. Today, I also work with the people who create and maintain those systems.
My background as a software engineer helps me understand the reality of tech professionals: deadlines, incidents, uncertainty, responsibility, and decisions where there is no obvious right answer.
In coaching, I do not give advice, judge, or evaluate. I create a confidential space for honest thinking, clear questions, and decisions that a person can truly take into action.
I work with tech people on career direction, important decisions, and professional transitions. Based in Amsterdam, I am open to collaboration and mutual referrals.
I work according to ICF standards and follow the ICF Code of Ethics. I am currently upgrading my coaching skills through the “International Professional Coach” Level 2 training programme.
“The session was thoughtful, clear, and genuinely helpful. Stas created a comfortable space to reflect on managing a remote team, especially around communication, trust, accountability, and keeping people aligned. His insightful questions helped me see the situation from a new perspective, and I left with more clarity, confidence, and practical next steps.”
“I felt comfortable sharing information and reflecting; it was a very cozy environment to open up and think. I liked the result afterwards, where I had a clear understanding of what to do.”
“We started by exploring how I was feeling after my layoff and what I wanted to get out of the session. Rather than jumping straight into advice, he asked thoughtful questions that helped me reflect and reach my own conclusions. I left the session with more clarity, confidence, and a better sense of my next steps.”
