As part of the BMO Foundation Team, I'm responsible for setting and communicating design standards and maintaining the integrity of the design system in Canadian digital banking. As a Design Systems Ambassador, I ensure design consistency efficiency and scalability across different banking digital products.

As a Sr. Product Designer at SALUS, I'm in charge of the entire product creation process. Covering all platforms including web-responsive, Android & iOs mobile and tablet apps. I'm responsible for discovering and defining problems, and then empathically designing solutions. With visual and technical skills in human-centered design I take part in user research, prototyping, visualization, testing, analyzing, and communicating solutions across the team members.

Part of my duties is also to manage all the visual elements including icons, fonts, buttons, colors, data visualization, dialog, form elements, helper classes, lists, navigation, and more. Everything is well organized in a comprehensive Design System that I update regularly.

Working closely with our CEO, which has deep experience in the industry, I can easily translate company visions into working prototypes and other design elements that I share with the CTO and the Development team covering all their needs during the development process and making sure all the requirements are implemented and function as intended.

Product Experience Design is a never-ending process of constant iteration.  As a Product UX/UI Lead for National & Advertising and SEO departments, my work doesn't stop with the product release, in fact, I continuously analyze and balance user feedback with company goals through constant updates.
