Product Discovery: Led the data-driven approach to the implementation of B2B Jobs-to-be-done framework  to solve the right problems for the right segment of customers;
Delivery Velocity: Kicked off and implemented new ways of work, alongside the tech counterpart of our team, to enable the velocity to deliver at least 1 major feature per week plus the top 3 bugs;
Product Analytics: Led the selection and implementation of Mixpanel and created the dashboards necessary to drive delivery that is led by product and data insights;
Product Operations: Implemented modern product management operational practices, like continuous discovery and opportunity boards, experimentation, and detailed release notes and demos.

Brand Harmonization: Led the cross-functional teams consisting of 5 Product Teams, over 5 Brands, and 3 Countries to standardize the entire product offering to agents and agencies as it relates to the seeker experience;
Product Discovery: Led the implementation and kick-off of B2B Product Discovery practices and processes, by way of User Research, Product Strategy documentation, competitor analysis, data analysis, and prioritization.

Senior Product Manager within the Customer Identity Squad, responsible for:

- Discovery of problems and solutions to solve regulatory needs, such as TaxID collection, SIRET and EI and KYC re-verification fraud and failure cases;
- Assistance with the go-live and improvements of IBAN migration to the French Market

Project Management: Led the workstream in the creation, implementation, and experimentation of a new revenue stream product;
Product Experimentation: Led the experimentation to iterate on the new product focused on Senior Developers;
Product Strategy: Crafted and updated the new product strategy and business case based on findings from experimentation and continuous discovery.
Copywriting and Design: Creating the landing pages and experimentation pages’ design and copy;
Product Discovery: Led the implementation of continuous discovery processes, which led to the NPS scores increasing by at least 20% between each round of experimentation;
Operational Excellence: Implemented internal and external facing processes and tools to integrate within the end-to-end service design seamlessly.

We do all the hands-on and unglamorous work of a Product Manager/Owner on an Interim basis (3-12 months). We can also make pretty decks but prefer to deliver outcomes. We give back to our community of 7K+ Product Managers through weekly events and knowledge-sharing.

Some people refer to this as "Freelance." We're a GmbH, and our people are full-time employees. So our clients are protected from the liability of working with freelancers while getting the benefit of having the same contact person.

I was the Interim Product Manager for the Web Viewer and Viewing SDK team. My role involved gaining insights from our developer customers to identify opportunities and solutions for the inclusion in our SDK and web viewer. I was also tasked with aligning our team's strategy with that of the company and the technical OKRs and KPI tree definition.
