As the Senior UX Architect at Infragistics Bulgaria I am responsible for continuously supporting the design-driven development process of our internal products and define the UX vision  for our local office. As part of that I am providing UX training, establishing a design thinking culture in our Sofia office and leading our local UX team. The monthly UX trainings and UX Club meetings are among my priorities together with coaching and guidance of the rest of my local team. I am dedicated to supporting development with design solutions and provide evaluation of our internal products for the Web and Windows. My long term goal remains to be focused around the improvement of the internal processes in the company and embed design as an empowering tool for each sprint of our agile development process.

As the first UX hire of Infragistics in Bulgaria I have numerous responsibilities that include the establishment of a design-driven development process for our internal products, provision of UX training and creating a design thinking culture in the local office. I hold monthly training sessions on UXD and organize a company UX Club for more in-depth discussions. I am also responsible for the initial conceptualization, development support with design solutions and evaluation of internal products for the Web and Windows. My long term goal is to improve the internal processes in the company and embed design as an empowering tool for each sprint of our agile development process.

As Chief Executive Officer of Stepsss my role is to define the vision for our products and work towards materializing it. My responsibility is to set the goals and targets for the team and lead them towards achieving those. I am also liable for coordinating the team and making sure that they work with a high degree of cohesion. 
Among my personal goals are creating a friendly and enjoyable work environment, assuring high degree of cooperation within the team and last but not least investing in each individual employee to improve their skills and expertise.
