I've had the pleasure of working with companies like Forta.org, Fennel.com, and RYLTY, where I've been instrumental in enhancing their apps, introducing innovative mobile and web designs, and conducting in-depth user research to drive significant improvements.

At Forta.org, I collaborated on transforming their business model by developing tailored multi-user plans that catered to diverse user needs. This included managing subscription bots in line with plan limitations and enabling seamless upgrades and payment management.

At Fennel, my role involved conducting user interviews and comprehensive testing to pinpoint areas for improvement. I then applied these insights to address the issues and optimize the app’s performance.

At Lev, I played a key role in enhancing their innovative app for commercial real estate transactions. My contributions focused on improving broker-borrower communication, ensuring it was both seamless and intuitive. I designed features that simplified transaction tracking, enabling brokers to manage complex documentation with ease while maintaining high privacy standards. These improvements helped make the app more user-friendly and efficient, supporting Lev’s mission to transform the lending process into a smooth, smart experience.

During my time at Timeular, I joined the team during a shift where we aimed to offer more value through the software, beyond just tracking time. We worked on changing up what the product offered and introducing new subscription plans. I played a big role in this, giving strategic input and guidance. This meant leading the rebranding efforts, developing new features, testing the product with users, and working closely with my teammates to make the interface and overall user experience even better.

Developed and launched a dual-sided hospitality platform, creating a seamless mobile experience for diners and a desktop solution for restaurants. Led the design of wireframes, prototypes, and transitions for the B2C app, while optimizing efficiency for the B2B desktop experience, ensuring smooth order management for restaurants.

During my time at ShipHero, a provider of e-commerce fulfillment and shipping software for 3PLs and brands, I spearheaded the development of a new product called ShipHero Fulfillment from scratch. In addition, I collaborated with the team to organize design tasks and meticulously documented our design process.

During my time at Payfully, a company that provides capital and liquidity services to real estate agents, I took on the challenge of designing the product from scratch. Subsequently, I analyzed post-launch usage data and worked with that in the following iterations. Additionally, I played a key role in establishing brand guidelines.

I was part of Restorando, the top online restaurant reservation platform in Latin America, for 3 years. Initially focused on enhancing the mobile experience, I later expanded to features across various devices. My contributions led to an 8% increase in search volume, an 11% boost in interactions, and a 24% rise in conversions. I was involved in analyzing metrics, conducting research and benchmarking, establishing branding guidelines, and performing user testing. Additionally, I recruited users, crafted wireframes and flows, designed pixel-perfect UI, and created interactions.

At Flowics, a SaaS digital marketing platform serving brands and media, my role encompassed various tasks. These included defining guidelines and branding, conducting UX research and benchmarking, performing user testing, creating wireframes and flows, and contributing to the overall design of the product.

I had the pleasure of working at Zauber, a software research and development company renowned for its top-notch outsourcing services. We were all about using agile methodologies and the latest open-source technologies to deliver high-quality solutions.

During my time at Zauber, I wore many hats. From crafting brand identities and designing interfaces to collaborating with clients to define ideas and workflows, and diving into front-end design, I was deeply involved in various aspects of our projects.

Some of the fantastic clients I had the opportunity to work with included Ideame, Coca Cola, Rapipago, Guia Local, and Vinolta.

ESD Argentina provides technical assistance in areas such as automotive transport, trains, subways, automation and industrial control.
