Hey 👋 I’m Stefanie. I’m a PM at HubSpot on the Reporting team, and working on the 3rd most visited space in the product. I also shipped what’s now one of HubSpot’s top adopted AI features, and led a cross-team migration across 11 teams.

But here’s the thing. None of that was my starting point.

I spent years in customer success working inside product orgs, learning the craft without the title and without an MBA. When I finally made the jump to PM, I had to figure out most of it on my own. First at a startup, then at HubSpot.
