At FutureGov, I had the opportunity to work with the British and European local and central government organisations in the sectors of education, housing, children social care, and transportation. I facilitated and lead multidisciplinary clients teams to build agile and design thinking capabilities while improving their services for citizens.

- Southwark Council (Testing ways to use data to inform staff with viability assessment)
- University of York (Researching and defining how to make it easier for students to access support services)
- Department for Education (Researching and defining how to use digital technology to help children social services, police, and healthcare practitioners collaborate)
- Highways England (Visioning the future of how the organisation will collaborate and share information with road users)
- Sofia Municipality (Researching and defining how to make it easier for citizens to access municipality services)
- Dublin City Council (Researching and testing how to improve housing repair services)

Internal project:
- defining the internal designer’s progression framework 
- researching across the organisation to identify diversity and inclusion opportunity areas
- leading and facilitating workshops with designers to co-create climate-centred principles

Creating the curricula and delivering the short-course on UX design, covering research, ideation, prototyping, and usability testing.

EasyPeasy, parents game ideas that encourage them to play, talk, and interact more with their children through having something fun, simple and educational to do.

As Design Lead, I co-create with team and users from research to implementation. I make sure I find the best fit between business goals and user needs, by creating a uniform, functional and desirable experience of sales, customer support and products.

Designing user interaction across multiple devices and medias for Easypeasy – an app that sends game ideas to parents of pre-school children, to help develop the skills that will prepare them for school, and beyond.

I’ve collaborated with Social Enterprises founders helping them achieve first investments, customers or achieve growth. 

Through Visual Storytelling, I can create brands, websites, and presentation material to communicate business values and mission – a solid brand even during early stages, increasing the chances of attracting early adopters and investors.

- Harvey Sinclair (Creating an infographic to raise awareness of mental health in the workplace)

Collaborating with big businesses and start-ups from all sectors (including financial services, healthcare, insurance and media) by applying user-centred design principles on lean and agile projects.
Supporting user research and transforming findings into clear and inspiring insights with the use of illustrations, personas, storyboards, user flows and experience maps.

Bringing ideas to life by branding, wireframing and prototyping user interfaces. Designing and directing brands and visual identities on client projects, products and company events.

Completed an internship within a branding agency as part of my course in industrial design, specialising in communication and visual design. Secured a full-time position after the internship, and worked on branding, editorial design, web design and advertising projects.
