Since Jan 2024 I am acting as a lead researcher: I am managing 2 researchers and leading research in 2 product domains. My main focus is building a happy team, scaling the visibility and impact of research findings to prioritise building products that support people's financial needs, coaching and mentoring and improving ReOps. 

During 2023:
Conducted research on financial needs and behaviour to support people managing their money and 
achieving their financial goals:
- Qualitative research to define market segments and identify product opportunities
- Sizing opportunities through quantitative research
-Translating research findings into business opportunities
- Working with PMs, PMMs, designers and copywriters to build new product solutions and improve current products 
- Validation of design solutions and optimisation of the current user experience. 
-Mentoring others on how to conduct research.

Main areas of focus: investments, savings and financial education.

Setting up the foundations of a UXR team and the adoption of research as a core discipline within the company to scale impact based on a user centric approach. Main responsibilities:
- Create a research strategy and lead the implementation within Product and Tech and other key areas of the company (CX, sales, etc.)
- Set up a scalable structure for a Research team and Research Operations that enables agile research processes and high quality deliverables. 
- Identifying research opportunities and executing qual and quant, as well as foundational and tactical research to inform product strategy and roadmaps and UX deliverables. 
- Planning and prioritising research projects.
- Mentoring other UX roles on research best practices. 
- Stakeholder management by delivering research education, best practices and actionable insights to grow the business.

Conducted qualitative and quantitative B2B research to improve seller's tools for advertising and commerce purposes. My main focus is generating foundational research to inform product strategy, as well as driving a usability programme with multiple UX roles to improve the ease of use of our design solutions.

- Managed a team of 5 researchers in the new product development department. Our main area of focus was on diversified travel products such as flights, attractions and food. My main goals were maximising the impact research had in the organisation, doing overarching analysis of topics, people management and  improving research processes.
- Managed a team of 2 researchers focused on identifying business opportunities in different segments of the travel market, as well as optimising the current user experience by customising content and products for different audiences and types of trips.

- Generated quantitative and qualitative insights to find and validate business opportunities in the travel field for guests and accommodation partners.
- Worked closely with product teams, across the end-to-end product cycle.
- Educated stakeholders on research best practices and facilitating how to turn insights into product strategy and solutions.
- Worked on defining processes and tooling to improve the way the company conducts research.

- Explored and validated design solutions for optimisation. 
- Identified opportunities to improve the user experience for guests. 
- Worked within the research community to generate artefacts and processes that would improve the way we conducted research in the organisation.

- Applied user research to create and optimise payment solutions. My main focus was in the payments field, generating insights and opportunities, as well as validating design solutions.
- Provided end-to-end support across the product development cycle.
- Educated IT and Product teams to turn insights into product strategies and solutions, and trained stakeholders to conduct research independently.

- Conducted user research for ideation and validation of ideas in close collaboration with designers.
- Measured end-to-end user satisfaction.
- Optimisation of current products.
