I’m currently leading a project for colleague behavioural change through the digitisation of store processes for managing colleague schedules and absences. I have also been leading on a discovery piece with key HR stakeholders and the research team to investigate colleague training, development, reward and recognition colleagues at Sainsbury’s.

I lead and manage a team of 3 multi disciplined designers crafting across B2B products for business partners, colleague management and store processes. I help prioritise my team’s workload, managing performance, development and progression, as well as mentor junior members of the team.

I work with the Senior Accessibility Specialist as part of a broader group of 6 focused on improving accessibility standards, patterns and experiences across the business. Some of the work we have achieved includes introducing stricter guidelines and implementation standards within the product teams, reducing inaccessible signage and processes in store, as well as working on new virtual in-store experiences on the back of my work at this years Microsoft Hackathon.

• Crafting the AA digital app experience and design system, building intuitive, accessible journeys and 	components in line with native IOS and Material Design standards.
• Stakeholder management and alignment throughout the end to end design process as I worked to build the design culture and lead junior colleagues.

• Leading the design of the next generation BT TV across TV, web and native app.
• Full end-to-end process, working in agile to deliver full, robust design system and product in line with the new look BT brand.
• Stakeholder management and engagement across entertainment partners as well as the YouView platform.

• Leading projects end-to-end, improving user experience internationally cross-platform.
• Creating bespoke experiences across Sky +, Sky Q, Sky Kids and Now TV, merging new technologies with smart home products to improve people’s lives through Sky.

I worked as part of the senior in-house agency team within Venntro, pitching  to clients and building entire brand identities. I took designs from concept to fully responsive actualisation, driving revenue for stakeholders and the business.

I experienced working with B2B and B2C operations, producing responsive email campaigns, websites, brand identities and print work for both the company itself and its partners.
