An experienced UX designer turned design leader who values respect, authenticity, honesty, and transparency above all else. I’m passionate about connecting and helping people through the use of design practices, whether that be a customer on a mobile app, an internal associate on the phone, or supporting and growing the careers of others.

With 15 years of experience in visual and UX design as well as front-end development, I’m able to bridge the gaps between product, tech, operations and design to deliver the highest customer and business impacts. I’m a systemic thinker who is always seeking the root cause of a problem at every level of zoom and across the entire product lifecycle. I wholeheartedly believe in the effectiveness of diverse cross-functional partnerships aligned to a shared customer back vision, objectives, and target experience that utilizes an iterative delivery strategy to create immediate impact and capture value along the way.

Over the last 6 years I’ve leaned heavily into design leadership where I’ve found my passion for growing and fostering teams not only to deliver intuitive user experiences but also excel in their own careers and journeys. I have a superpower for scaling the impact of small teams, introducing design into new areas of the business, and creating open collaborative team cultures.
