I'm Stephanie. I'm a Strategic HR & Payroll Leader focused on driving compliance, culture and business success. My current work centers on managing recruiting, payroll, and employee policies, while guiding managers on adherence to processes and regulations.

At Campbell Tractor & Implement Inc, I managed multi-state payrolls, time reporting, and payroll-related inquiries, and I assisted with performance management documentation and employee engagement programs. Earlier, I served as Payroll Accounting Specialist at Boise Centre and as Human Resource Specialist at TacSol, handling payroll processing, benefits tracking, handbook updates, and compliance with federal and state laws.
