I've spent almost 20 years building UX teams in educational technology, retail, and business intelligence. My teams have global reach and change how companies do business. I'm determined to share just how killer B2B design can be.

I love "making design happen" across an entire organization: establishing a vision, building teams that rally behind it, engaging customers in the process, and launching products rapidly. I create teams from co-workers, stories from details, and meaning from data. I love making the complex simple.

I'm a non-stop learner, and am passionate about creating space for under-represented people to be heard and seen especially in the design industry. I actively engage in recruiting/hiring BIPOC designers, and drive open conversation about creating safe environments for every designer to thrive.
