Enterprise - Highly configurable, customisable and interoperable platform + mobile 
Compliance - Highly technical regulatory products for SMB + Enterprise markets  
Channel - “Getting Started” experience: eCommerce, Self Provisioning, APIs

+ Leading a team of UX Managers, UX Designers, CX Designers, and Content Strategists
+ Joining the dots across teams in NZ / Aus / Ireland / USA / Italy
+ Extensive stakeholder management across multiple time zones, working in hybrid and asynchronous contexts
+ Translate complex customer needs into actionable design solutions that increase product satisfaction and adoption  
+ Regularly present design strategies and insights to cross-functional stakeholders
+ Focus on high-impact UX improvements, such as onboarding flows and feature discoverability  
+ Gather qualitative and quantitative customer insights, translating complex needs into actionable design solutions
+ Helped improve Compliance product NPS from -15 to +27 and climbing
