About Steve Arrington
Director of Product Design at Brivo
Hi! I'm Steve - a director of product design with many years of experience building and leading UX teams, while designing enterprise tools for several industries.
For eight years, I mentored students through CareerFoundry, and I loved helping designers grow their skills, break into the industry, and advance their careers. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to navigate career transitions, leadership roles, and cross-functional collaboration, and I want to share what I’ve learned to help others succeed.
